Welcome to Pauma Valley Community Services District

Welcome!  We are excited to share all the information you will find as you browse through our site.
Pauma Valley Community Services District, a special district in the State of California, provides wastewater collection, treatment and disposal, and security services which includes roving, armed patrol and gate attendants.  We provide support services to the Rancho Pauma Mutual Water Company (considered our “brother” company), work together with Pauma Valley Roadway Association for safety on the private roads, and assist other law enforcement agencies with traffic control as needed.

THE MISSION of Pauma Valley Community Services District is to take a leadership role in responding to the needs of its customers, provide essential services and work to sustain the enhanced quality of life so many have worked hard to achieve.  We will strive to provide all services in an efficient, economical, and reliable manner.  The District Board of Directors, management and staff are committed to promoting a safe, courteous and positive attitude in accomplishing our mission.
